The house is modern Adams Fleming House, built in 2000 sf home in today’s architects Levitt Goodman Architects. Service project is to create and design a limited budget at home, but with great talent and resources. and the result is an elegant and sophisticated modern city life residence owner. Customer Debbie Adams, a graphic designer, and Peter Fleming, a furniture designer / craftsman and would like to have the house to enjoy quiet Fugue in their home and their collection of modernist furniture and contemporary art money. Private area of this house is located in one corner, a kitchen, dining room and living room, the “L” around them. They bathe in sunlight and offers panoramic views of the park, with non-standard window, which was once a garage door. Rooms and bathrooms are presented on the platform, causing a local high ceilings, as well as much needed storage underneath. The second floor plus a large open studio space for working and music jam session (Debbie and Peter play a string bluegrass). Roof garden is prepared in the future, which would create the impression that the house afloat, while the tempering temperature and air quality at home.
