Dream downtown hotel has two restaurants, 316 guestrooms, outdoor pool, VIP lounges, a gym, pool bar, ground floor retail and also event spaces. Speaking about its history, Dream downtown hotel was actually the main annex which then converted into a hotel. There are some parts of the building that have been changes such as the 16th street side of the building which was known as blank façade until it was given with new life.
There are also some changes that have been made such as the flour that had already been removed from the center of the building. The result is a beach and new pool terrace along with balconies and new windows. There are also some facilities to consider such as the glass bottom pool. The other aspects such as furnishings and fixtures were designed for guestrooms and public spaces as they are also used to complement the overall exterior design.
The other changes to consider are new porthole windows and also the addition of the orthogonal panels fold located at the corners. With all of these changes, the hotel is expected to provide a better experience for guests who spend their holiday in this Dream Downtown hotel.
