Carla & Stefan Antoni Architects has created a dreamy sky-high home that captures the nuances of underwater using a level to spectacular effect. Their families were forced to destroy their bachelor partner and build a bigger house.
La Grande Vue 5A house is a combination of dual-level penthouse Stefan, including two en-suite bedrooms, living room and kitchen on the first level, a studio, three bedrooms and garage on lower level, and an apartment below. On the roof, is a swimming pool and terrace, as well as SKY BAR contains magnificent cocktail bar and entertainment area.
They want the feel of the apartment to the contrast between the relaxed comfort and sophistication. Creme-de-la-creme marble slabs used for flooring and woods are lime washed to give them a ‘beachy’ feel. Color accents are stored for the gray and aquamarines.
