Called as Maritimo House, this residence comes in a very clear shape which is divided in two different blocks to serve two distinc living atmosphere for the owners. The first block is presented as brick volume with two-story linear while the second block comes as ground level glazed block.

Inside it, the gourmet area, dining room and living room are fully integrated to serve more spacious area. Meanwhile, the glazed block is beautifully surrounded by balcony deck with high ground and separated to another block with glass sliding doors. To cover the volume, slab on concrete is used where it also works to shelter the second floor terrace uniquely with magnificent views. Its brick fireplace is in outstanding volume to enable owners to use it on the porch.

Longitudinal block on ground floor facing external service circulation houses services of this house while guest suite with beautiful private balcony faces the house’s garden back. The master suite on the second floor is designed with large window with beautiful view over condominium’s area. Three more suites are on the second floor and connected by main circulation which opens to terrace facing the lagoon.

Using materials such as cement, wood and brick, this building brings back balance between contemporary and rustic design mixed with some natural elements
